2. Admission & Enrollment

  • Admission to ABM College is subject to meeting the eligibility criteria outlined on our official website and course brochures. Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information during the application process.
  • Once an application is submitted, ABM College will review the eligibility based on the provided documents. The college reserves the right to reject any application that does not meet the criteria.
  • Upon successful admission, students will be provided with a formal enrollment letter, and they must complete any other administrative requirements before classes commence.
  • ABM College reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student found to have falsified documents or information.

3. Fees & Payments

  • Tuition fees and any associated costs (e.g., laboratory fees, examination fees) must be paid according to the fee schedule outlined during the admission process.
  • ABM College offers payment plans and may accept payments via various methods, including online payment portals, bank transfers, and cash payments (where applicable).
  • Late payments will incur penalties. Students will be notified of overdue payments, and failure to settle the outstanding dues may result in suspension from classes or withholding of exam results.
  • All fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our refund policy, which is made available during the enrollment process.
  • In case of any dispute over fee payments, the decision made by the finance department will be considered final.

4. Academic Policies

  • Students must adhere to the academic guidelines set by ABM College, including maintaining a minimum attendance rate and adhering to course deadlines.
  • Failure to meet the academic requirements of the course, including exams, assignments, and projects, may result in disqualification or expulsion from the course/program.
  • ABM College reserves the right to update, modify, or replace the curriculum, course schedules, and faculty based on academic needs, external factors, or other legitimate reasons.
  • All assessments, including exams, assignments, and projects, are mandatory. Students are expected to demonstrate integrity in all academic activities, and any form of plagiarism or cheating will lead to disciplinary action.

5. Conduct & Discipline

  • Students are expected to maintain proper decorum both on campus and in any online or virtual classes and forums associated with ABM College.
  • Any violation of the college's code of conduct, including but not limited to bullying, harassment, substance abuse, and misconduct, will result in disciplinary actions such as warnings, fines, or expulsion.
  • Students must respect the property, privacy, and rights of others, and failure to do so may result in suspension or legal action.
  • ABM College reserves the right to implement additional conduct policies and make amendments as deemed necessary to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all students and staff.

6. Use of Facilities & Resources

  • ABM College provides access to various academic resources, including libraries, computer labs, and digital platforms. Students are expected to use these resources responsibly and for educational purposes only.
  • Students must not engage in any unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of college-owned intellectual property, including course materials, research papers, and software programs.
  • Failure to adhere to the resource usage policies may result in loss of access to college resources and disciplinary actions, including expulsion from the program.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • ABM College takes privacy and data protection seriously. The college will collect and store personal information from students, including but not limited to, academic records, identification details, and payment information.
  • Personal data will only be used for legitimate academic and administrative purposes, such as enrolling in courses, issuing certificates, and maintaining student records.
  • ABM College will not share or sell personal information to third parties, except as required by law, or with the explicit consent of the student.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights for course materials, including lecture slides, textbooks, research papers, and multimedia content, belong to ABM College unless otherwise stated.
  • Students are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any college-owned intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the college.
  • Any content created by students as part of coursework or research remains the intellectual property of the student but may be used by ABM College for educational or promotional purposes with proper attribution.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

  • ABM College is not responsible for any personal injury, loss of property, or other damages that occur on campus or while using college services, except in cases of negligence or violation of laws by the college.
  • ABM College does not guarantee employment upon successful completion of any program. Job placements and career services are provided based on market conditions and availability of opportunities.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kollam, Kerala, India.
  • If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
